The letter includes dozens of bold-faced names from a diverse mix of industries, including NBA star Steph Curry; Hollywood heavyweights Don Cheadle and Colin Farrell; NYU professor Scott Galloway; Craigslist founder Craig Newmark; and New York mayoral candidate Andrew Yang. As a presidential candidate, Yang made the idea of redefining labor—and paying women for work they do at home—one of the cornerstones of his campaign. That’s how I felt 20 years ago when I first started doing teletherapy. But I wouldn’t have it any other way now. Twenty years ago, I had a thriving private psychoanalytic practice in Los Angeles. Although I am trained as a psychoanalyst, I rarely used a couch and almost always worked with patients face to face. But when my wife’s mother was diagnosed with Lewy body dementia, we moved to a different state and everything changed. Lewy body dementia is a cross between dementia and Parkinson’s disease. TVNZ Kiwi MMA gym City Kickboxing threw a verbal jab NZ Rugby's way over the right of UFC fighters to wear the silver fern on the global stage. Confusion over whether New Zealand’s MMA fighters can use the silver fern logo has been resolved after New Zealand Rugby (NZR) assured Auckland’s City Kickboxing that it did not raise any trademark concerns with UFC. Eugene Bareman, the co-founder and head trainer of famed Auckland gym City Kickboxing , passionately defended his fighters’ rights to wear the silver fern when he spoke at a press conference on Thursday. WHO: Coronavirus deaths down 20 percent worldwide last week

The number of deaths resulting from the coronavirus dropped 20 percent worldwide last week, compared to the previous week, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). The total number of new cases reported also fell globally for the sixth consecutive week, the WHO said, with 2.4 million new cases last week. That figure represents an 11 percent decline from the week before. Worldwide coronavirus deaths have also fallen each of the last three weeks, according to figures analyzed by the global health alliance, with 66,000 new deaths reported last week. ADVERTISEMENT The WHO estimates 110.7 million cases and over 2.4 million deaths have been reported around the world since the start of the pandemic.
