By KDKA-TV News Staff PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – For the third week in the row, St. Clair Hospital says it hasn’t been allocated any Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for first shots. They’ll schedule more appointments as soon as they get more supply. Last week, the hospital said it had to cancel two weeks of first dose appointments because of the shortage. For the third week in a row, St. Clair was not allocated any supply of the Pfizer vaccine for first dose appointments. We regret the impact on thousands of South Hills residents who remain in our queue to be scheduled. Chonburi- Three people have sustained injuries after a pickup truck lost control at a curve in the Mueang Chonburi district. Emergency responders were notified of the accident on Wednesday (March 3 rd ) on a road in the Na Pa sub-district. They and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a damaged pickup truck had crashed into a road sign. Three people had sustained injuries during the accident in total. One of them had sustained serious injuries. They were all rushed to a local hospital for medical assistance. The pickup truck driver, Mr. Wuttikrai Chailert, 26, who had sustained minor injuries, told The Pattaya News, “We were on our way to go fishing. I lost control of my pickup truck and crashed into a tree and the street sign on the side of the road.” At this stage, Chonburi police said the driver has to pay for the public damages and will be held accountable for the accident. Thank you.” Widi Utami, 28, handed this handwritten note to a security guard when she arrived at a bank in Semarang, Central Java, on June 4. While she can usually read lips, with all the security guards and tellers covering their mouth with masks, she relies on notes. The security guard, Kurniawan, promptly nodded and wrote below the note, “How much do you want to withdraw?” Kurniawan accompanied Widi to the teller and stayed with her until she had finished taking her money, making sure she could communicate properly with the teller using handwritten notes. Widi shared her story on her twitter account @MustikaUngu expressing gratitude to Kurniawan for being so helpful. BOSTON (CBS) – A meteor over northern Vermont was seen by people around New England Sunday night. NASA Meteor Watch said people in the northeast reported seeing “a bright fireball” around 5:38 p.m., including many in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. RIVERSIDE (CBSLA) — Two people were taken to the hospital after an officer-involved shooting erupted at the scene of a separate shooting. (credit: CBS) Police were already at the scene of a shooting at 1788 University Avenue, behind an Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the Gown Center Shopping Mall, at about midnight when another shooting, this one involving an officer, erupted. A large debris field is marked by several evidence markers. Officers investigating a shooting for some reason had contacted people in a car, which led to an altercation.
