What people say and don't say matters. Many of you readers know, as I do, that if you want to be healthy and happy, you need to reduce the volume of negative, hateful, divisive, and critical rhetoric you subject yourself to from those around you. The ability to divorce yourself from toxic sources of negative expression is a sign of strength and, indeed, health. The media have done a very good job over the last four years of informing us about what Mr. Trump tweets, says, and thinks. It’s time to stop. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) has said Donald Trump is "losing it" after a recent statement issued by the former president. The Quote Sharing Trump's latest statement, Kinzinger wrote: "Oh my Lord. He is losing it." Why it Matters The thrust of Trump's statement was taking aim at Republican strategist Karl Rove, after he wrote an opinion piece for The Wall Street Journal suggesting the former president's Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) speech was lacking. Rove suggested the speech had "no forward-looking agenda," instead branding it a "recitation of his greatest hits." In his statement, Trump rallied against Rove and Republicans who have opposed him.
