According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), the number of foreign visitors reached 3.7 million in 2020, a decrease of 79.5 percent compared to 2019, while the number of domestic travelers reached only 56 million, down 34.1 percent. The Victoria, Australia-based group, dubbed CyclePower, chose Thailand as the location for their fourth annual ride after successfully completing rides in Vietnam, Cambodia and Fiji.
