Visits to the nation by leaders of Laos, the Republic of Korea and Japan in 2020 have demonstrated a safe Vietnam in effective response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith and his high-level government delegation pay a visit to Vietnam at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc from July 5-6, 2020.
