Kate Middleton celebrates birthday at party with family and friends at countryside house

The Duchess of Cambridge kicked off her birthday celebrations a little early this year by hosting a party for her nearest and dearest in Norfolk. Kate and Wills invited family and friends to the get together at their countryside home Anmer Hall over the weekend. The mum-of-three turns 38 on Thursday. Kate’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton were on the guestlist, along with William’s friend Tom van Straubenzee and his fiancee Lucy Lanigan-O’Keeffe, who is a teacher at George and Charlotte’s school, reports People . Some of the guests joined the Queen and other members of the Royal Family for church on Sunday morning Kate wore a purple jacket and a mauve fedora hat with an animal print band, while Prince William looked smart in a suit and tie. He smiled as the couple exchanged words on their way to the service. Kate’s outfit matched the Queen’s, who opted for a plum skirt and jacket ensemble along with a matching hat.
