Strelitzia is an experimental math-rock group from Chandler, who got together in 2015, drawing inspiration from the likes of TTNG and American Football. Their laid-back style combines the complex guitar and drum work of math rock with deep, brooding basslines and various jazz influences. The current lineup features Hunter Hankinson on bass, Kyle Porter on drums, Skylar Bankson on lead guitar and vocals, Jacob Howard on rhythm guitar, and Ryleigh Sullivan on keys and vocals.
