Hardik, whose workload has been constantly managed since a back injury in 2018, nursed a shoulder niggle during the IPL 2021 that kept him off any bowling duties in the seven games for Mumbai Indians. The seamers who had bowled comparatively well in the morning session looked helpless as Abid Ali and Azhar Ali who took control of the proceedings. The pair was watchful before the lunch break, but looked unstoppable once they got a hang of the pitch and conditions. The board confirmed on Friday (May 7) that it had initiated discussions with the Emirates Cricket Board regarding the logistics of the move. "We had an interactive and productive meeting in which we considered a number of factors. While the UAE has emerged as a preferred venue, a number of challenges remain, which will be worked through over the coming days. We remain committed to doing everything possible to complete the HBL PSL 6," PCB CEO Wasim Khan was quoted as saying via a media release. A day after four members of the New Zealand national team, including skipper Kane Williamson, were placed in a mini bio-secure bubble in New Delhi, it has emerged that the four New Zealanders are actually are in Maldives and not in India. What's more, NZC does not seem to be aware of their exact whereabouts.
